Lizabeth de la Cruz

D.D.S

Dr. Lizabeth de la Cruz grew up in Houston,Texas and she has been in the dentistry field since 1997 when she worked for a pediatric dentist through a work program in high school. She decided that dentistry was the path she wanted after a brief stint in nursing school. She graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center Houston Dental School in 2001. She practiced in Texas and when on a vacation to Vail in 2009, she fell in love with the mountains and realized that this is where she wanted to be. She moved to the valley in 2016. She currently resides in Eagle with her two sons, Gavin and Cash, and her two frenchies, Odin and Celine. When she’s not in the office, you can find her working out or hanging out with her kids and dogs. 

Kayla

Dental Hygienist

Kayla moved to the valley in October of 2017 and joined the Eagle River Dentistry team in July of 2021. Kayla attended Milwaukee Area Technical College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she completed her Associates in Dental Hygiene. She is also further certified in administering local anesthetic and periodontal laser therapy. Kayla does not like to take a “one size fits all” approach with her patients. She believes everyone is different and has different needs when it comes to their systemic and oral health. She believes in up to date dental hygiene technology and therapies to better attend to patients' needs. Kayla wants everyone to feel comfortable during appointments and be a part of the decision making process when it comes to their health.  In her free time Kayla likes to hike with her black lab Lucy, mountain bike, snowboard, camp and any water activity that a lake has to offer. 

If you could have any superpower what would it be: Kayla would like to be invisible.

Mina

Dental Assistant

Mina joined our team in February 2023. She has called Colorado her home since 2006. Before moving here she taught Biology and Geography in Slovakia, her country of origin. In 2013 she graduated from The American School of Dental Assisting in Denver. She has been a dental assistant for more than 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, skiing, snowshoeing, biking and hiking with her dog Sky. 

 If you could have any superpower what would it be: Mina would like to have a great home for all dogs.

Aylin

Dental Assistant

Aylin was born in Chihuahua,Mexico and has lived in the Vail Valley for 20 years. She graduated from Battle Mountain High School in 2020. Aylin joined the Eagle River Dentistry team in February of 2021. After high school, she graduated from the Vail Valley Dental Assisting School the same year. When she’s not at work, she enjoys outdoor activities like camping, ATVing and traveling. She loves hanging out with family and friends.

 If you could have any superpower what would it be: Aylin’s super power would be Telepathy.

Melisa

Dental Assistant

Melisa was raised in the Vail Valley, where she attended Battle Mountain High School and graduated in 2019. She later on lived in California for a few years where she had her daughter. She then decided to move back to Denver and had her son. She attended Dental Assisting school in Brighton, CO. She decided to officially moved back to the Vail Valley in 2023 and joined the Eagle River Dentistry team in 2024. In her spare time she likes to spend quality time with her kids.

If you could have any superpower what would it be: Melisa's superpower would be invisibility. 

Sandra

Insurance & Billing Specialist

Sandra was born in Mexico and raised in the Vail Valley. She graduated from Battle Mountain High School in 2007. Sandra has over 7+ years of experience in the dentistry field. She started as a Dental Assistant and wanted to extend her knowledge furthermore in the dentistry business. When she’s not at work, she enjoys reading, drawing,  listening to music and spending time with her two kids. 

 If you could have any superpower what would it be: Sandra's super power would be to have a magical healing power.
